Ann's path to Managing Director of Brand & Talent twisted through consulting, to general management, and finally back to her passion for marketing. Ann brings formal training in integrated marketing to her experience in general business management. Previously Ann was GM at both a retail and wholesale organization and a specialty food organization. In her current role, she has helped her firm nearly double in four years through the support of multiple acquisitions, development of a strong recruiting engine, and creative problem solving. Ann is most proud of the professional, structured, and exceptional marketing efforts of her team—the true differentiator for the Firm’s efforts! Ann was recently recognized as a Crain’s Chicago Business 2022 Notable Leader in Community Development for her work on Women’s Advocacy in Business, with Girl Scouts, and as a Board Director for Arden Shore Children and Family Services.
Many organizations struggle with the overlap between Marketing and Human Resources. This past year, Ann took on a newly created role overseeing and integrating both functions. She believes building great teams is an integral part of building strong brands—and thus driving revenue. Ann is looking forward to sharing her team's efforts, war stories, and learnings.

The war for talent rages on - and your marketing team can help! Jennifer is passionate about leveraging the same skills, tools, and resources we already devote to external marketing campaigns to support our firms’ hiring and retention goals.
