Adam Klein
CAREER JOURNEY
Adam Klein is Bennett Thrasher’s Chief Growth Officer. In this role, Adam works with the partner leadership team to enhance growth strategies and business development initiatives, while also impacting the firm’s continued investment in specialty tax and other advisory services. Adam helps drive the firm’s ongoing commitment to organic growth, to expanding strategic partnerships around the world, and to extending the geographic footprint in key markets. Prior to joining Bennett Thrasher, Adam most recently served as director of strategic partnerships for Aprio, a top-50 Atlanta-based accounting firm. His professional background includes increasing levels of responsibility and leadership in business development, sales and account management at companies large and small, in a variety of industries including professional services, manufacturing, telecommunications, retail, and nonprofit.

Since getting involved with AAM a few years ago, the organization has quickly become one of the most important elements of my career growth and success. I love learning with and from my AAM peers! I believe there is so much knowledge and practical experience to be gained when very smart, creative and progressive-thinking marketing, business development and growth leaders engage with one another. I’m passionate about all things client-related, particularly client development.

Outside of work, Adam enjoys traveling, reading, podcasts, sports and being outdoors. But his favorite activity by far is simply being with his daughter Ella and dog Bear!
Jason Delles
CAREER JOURNEY
Jason has been focused on growing CPA firms for the past 20 years. He started his career as a CPA working for a large local firm in Washington state but didn't find his passion until he moved into the field of business development. Jason spent 10 years as a business developer for RSM and then joined Moss Adams to be the head of sales. Now at Eide Bailly as the Chief Growth Officer, he is charged with leading the firm's sales and marketing efforts and setting growth strategies for the firm.

Many CPAs are technically proficient but lack confidence when it comes to advising clients outside of their area of expertise and developing new business. Jason can share some insights to help CPA firm leaders drive strategic growth and get more from their partners.

Jerilyn Dressler
CAREER JOURNEY
Jerilyn Dressler, CPA, has over 23 years of experience in the accounting industry. She began her career with EY, where she spent 8 years (lastly as a senior manager) auditing public companies. She joined Your Part-Time Controller, LLC in 2008 serving nonprofit clients in Philadelphia as their Controller/CFO, until 2020 when she moved into a business development role. She is the Director of Strategic Partnerships, where she helps YPTC build a national presence by developing relationships with strategic nonprofit alliances, corporations, and the media. Jerilyn attended the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where she received a B.S. in Economics and minored in Spanish. She is a CPA, and a CFE (inactive), and is a member of the AICPA, the PICPA, and the ACFE. Jerilyn chairs the board of Friends of Bache-Martin, which brings resources to her Philadelphia neighborhood K-8 public school. She is also a board member of the internationally acclaimed dance company, Philadanco.

Jerilyn is sharing her expertise at Summit because she had to create the role she now holds, which had never existed before at her company. She is hoping to inspire others who do not have a formal business development background, to engage in activities to help grow their firms.
