Anna’s sales and marketing career began in 2018, where she served as an Account Manager for Robert Half’s, The Creative Group. Anna took a deep dive into the marketing world as she was brought onto the team at Carr, Riggs & Ingram (CRI) two years ago. She started on the team as the Marketing Project Coordinator and quickly jumped into several process improvement projects and integrations, including the strategy and implementation of CRI’s SharePoint-based Intranet. Throughout the evolution of the MarTech Operations team, Anna leaned into her technical expertise and began assisting with the management of CRI’s tech stack and technology collaborations throughout the firm. Anna serves as a strong contributor through maintenance and upgrades to CRI’s external website and intranet as new initiatives are implemented, and she provides a positive atmosphere for internal partners and staff to brainstorm ideas while using her skills to execute those ideas within CRI’s technical framework.

Nathan is a marketing technology strategist that supports new and innovative uses of technology within organizations. Nathan’s 13-year career began as a staff member at one of the largest undergraduate institutions in Tennessee, Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU). Currently, Nathan serves as the MarTech Operations Manager at Carr, Riggs & Ingram (CRI), spearheading the creation and leadership of the MarTech Operations team, which oversees the Marketing tech stack and technology collaborations with internal and external stakeholders. Nathan brings a wealth of technical expertise, including serving as one of the primary architects and administrators of CRI’s SharePoint-based intranet, Asana architect and certified Ambassador, as well as multiple other software certifications and skillsets. Nathan strives to collaborate with others in his firm to increase technological efficiencies both internally with CRI’s partners and staff as well as externally with CRI’s leads and clients.
