Like most little girls, Kristen didn’t grow up dreaming of becoming an accounting firm marketer. But after launching into the working world through brief positions in real estate and nonprofit, she took a leap of faith and accepted a job at a CPA firm. Over the past twenty years in the sector, she has built a rewarding career focusing her passion for knowledge-seeking, creativity, and communication on accounting firm growth. As EisnerAmper’s national leader of industry and service marketing strategy, she works to grow strong niche practices by connecting marketing initiatives and team engagement to the client journey. Kristen loves collaborating with her talented team, and their efforts have been recognized with AAM-MAAs and other awards. In addition, Kristen has been honored as AAM’s Volunteer of the Year in 2009 and was inducted into the organization’s Hall of Fame in 2021.

Learning is the key to growth in any career - something just clicks when people share their experiences. Kristen loves collaborating with peers and credits the knowledge-sharing networks and individuals who mentored her along the way for helping her build a career. Mentoring others and sharing her experience is how she honors those who have mentored (and still mentor) her. Nothing is more energizing to Kristen than a creative brainstorming session, so she is always open to share and learn!
