Gani Laguisma has 30+ years of experience providing accounting, auditing, and advisory services to public and private companies, in an array of industries in the United States and abroad. He spent the first 15 years of his career with E&Y and also served as an assurance and audit partner with San Francisco-based OUM & Co. LLP, (now part of Withum). Gani has extensive experience assisting companies with outsource accounting and financial reporting, preparing for, and completing, initial public offerings, managing private placements, and consulting on mergers and acquisitions. He co-founded Scrubbed, a fast-growing outsourced professional service firm that specializes in providing accounting, complex financial reporting, tax planning, and corporate financial advisory services.
Gani co-founded Scrubbed with a vision of providing professional accounting and financial firms with the ability to leverage overseas talent to better meet client needs and expand the services they provide. Gani has grown Scrubbed exponentially and as needs arise and technology evolves, he has added new service offerings including expanding their corporate financial services offering, adding data visualization and technical accounting analysis and interpretations.
Gani is involved in building early childhood libraries in the Philippines and supports Books for the Barrios, a non-profit that provides free books to schools in the Philippines and Afghanistan.
