As a consultant to accounting and law firms, I partner with leaders to create tailored strategies that drive growth and measurable results. I’m especially passionate about building high-performing sales cultures and aligning sales and marketing efforts to work smarter, not harder.

For more than 15 years, I’ve been involved with the Association for Accounting Marketing and the Legal Marketing Association, learning from top marketing, business development, and growth leaders.

Now, as Managing Director of Level Four Consulting, based in Kansas City and working with firms nationwide, I provide coaching and training that helps accounting and law firms boost their business development results—and turn growth goals into reality.
