New in '22

The pandemic ushered in an era of innovation driving firms to think strategically on opportunities and solutions to advance their firms forward. This 60-minute session featured growth professionals from medium to large firms sharing their newest initiatives for 2022. This will be an interactive format in which each speaker will present their initiatives and then move to conversation allowing attendees to ask questions.

Topics included:

  • Firms must take a critical look at their clients and identify which ones are holding them back from future growth. By pruning clients, you will have more resources and energy available to invest in relationships that will be stronger, more meaningful, and more profitable. 
  • Developing a data analytics niche to help make business development and marketing decisions.
  • Evaluating go-to-market (GTM) strategies facing the industry in the environment, as well as using data for managing the allocation of resources.
