Anna Reyes

Anna is the marketing manager at KRD, an accounting and advisory firm with two offices located in the Chicagoland area. With the firm since 2018, Anna is responsible for developing and executing the firm’s overall growth goals and objectives. Alongside her incredible team of outsourced partners, she oversees the firm’s internal and external communications, maintains the firm’s social media and web presence, manages the firm’s CRM, and coordinates business development events.

Prior to joining KRD, she was a digital marketing strategist, with in-house and agency roles. She attended Marquette University and taught English in Thailand for a semester after graduation.

Jaimi Koechel has more than 20 years of accounting marketing experience. She began her career as a marketing coordinator at a firm in Madison, WI and worked her way up to a Marketing Partner at Henry+Horne in 2020. With many years of experience, Jaimi has seen the role of marketing change and evolve. In her current role as Director in Marketing at Baker Tilly she utilizes her unique visions and knowledge while putting the Firm’s success first.

Katie Tolin

Katie Tolin is the co-founder of XcelLabs, an AI-first technology, training, and coaching company, where she’s helping transform the accounting profession by elevating advisory skills and preparing accountants to lead in an AI-first world. She is also the founder of CPA Growth Guides, where she serves as a consultant and outsourced chief growth officer, helping firms turn strategy into action across marketing, business development, product innovation, and client experience. A former in-house marketing leader, Katie has built a career developing data-driven, innovative programs that move firms forward. She is a former Accounting Marketer of the Year, one of the Top 100 Most Influential People in Public Accounting, and one of the Most Powerful Women in Accounting. She’s also a Hall of Fame inductee and past president of the Association for Accounting Marketing.

Suzanne Reed

A recognized marketing strategist and Chief Marketing Officer of the year, Suzanne has more than 25 years of leadership experience in fortune 500 financial and professional services companies through aggressive organic and acquisitive growth.    

Suzanne is a marketing leader with a proven track record of enhancing brand equity and revenue.  She champions growth by using an integrated approach to marketing and sales that produces profitable results.  She develops high performing teams that advocate for the client and creating revenue generating programs.   And in her personal time, Suzanne is an adjunct professor at Vanderbilt University and Belmont University teaching Fundamentals of Marketing.
