Business Development Manager | Whitley Penn

Danielle Reynolds has been with Whitley Penn for nine years, where she leads as the Business Development Manager. She focuses in identifying new opportunities and cultivating meaningful relationships that drive the firm’s growth. With a strategic mindset and a genuine approach to connection-building, Danielle transforms prospects into enduring partnerships. Danielle’s strength in networking and expanding the firm’s reach reflects her dedication to driving meaningful, long-term growth.

Danielle is deeply committed to both personal and professional growth. She has supported the firm’s emerging leaders through internal training sessions and presentations. She also previously hosted Develop, a podcast series where she led conversations on leadership, career development, and highlighted different service lines and offerings across the firm. Danielle is also highly active on LinkedIn, where she shares insights and content related to business and professional development. She believes in the power of a strong personal brand and uses her platform to connect, inform, and inspire others in the business community.

Outside of her role at Whitley Penn, Danielle is involved in several community and professional organizations. She currently serves on the Junior Achievement of Dallas Board of Directors and has previously served on the board of Annie’s Place. She’s also engaged with Capital for Kids and is active with the Dallas Regional Chamber (DRC) through the Innovation Task Force and Education and Workforce Council. Danielle is a 2023 alum of the DRC Lead YP program, a former member and Service Chair of the DRC Young Professionals Advisory Council. Danielle was also recognized as a People Newspapers 20 Under Forty honoree, celebrating young professionals making an impact in both business and the community. She completed the Communities Foundation of Texas Emerging Leaders in Philanthropy program, earned her Coaching Healthy Behaviors certificate from The Cooper Institute, and received the Blue Zones Project Power 9 Ambassador of Excellence in Worksites award.

Danielle received her BA in Public Relations and Health and Exercise Science and MS in Health Promotion from the University of Oklahoma.

Kristen Lollar

Chief Marketing Officer | Whitley Penn

For more than 25 years, Kristen Lollar has served as a communications and marketing professional in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. She is the Chief Marketing Officer for Whitley Penn, a full-service public accounting and advisory firm. Kristen has been with the firm since 2012 and has played an integral role in overall growth and success. Kristen serves as an advisor for the firm's NextGen Council, a group of young leaders within the firm which strives to bring new ideas for advancement and efficiency to the firm and has been at the forefront of many firmwide achievements. In addition, Kristen previously served on the firm’s Innovation Council and as a Growth Champion.

 

Kristen has developed a strong network through her involvement in the Association for Accounting Marketing (AAM). She is an active member in the organization’s Major Firms Growth group, was an inaugural member of the AAM Diversity Equity & Inclusion Committee and obtained a certification in Business Development Fundamentals from AAM. Kristen is a member of the Advisory Board for the Boomer Consulting Marketing Circle and serves on the North America Marketing and Business Development Committee for HLB International.

In the community, Kristen serves as Chair of the Executive Board of Directors for the Plano Chamber of Commerce and previously served as a mentor through the American Marketing Association’s DFW Mentor Program for young professionals. Kristen also serves on the Philanthropy Cabinet for Texas Health Resources Plano Hospital.

Kristen is a graduate of Texas Tech University where she earned a B.A. in Public Relations and a minor in Music. She is a member of the Texas Tech Alumni Association and previously served as a Dallas Chapter Board Member and former President of the Dallas Chapter. Kristen also serves on the National Advisory Board for the Texas Tech University College for Media and Communications (CoMC) and was recently recognized as an Outstanding Alumni from the CoMC.
