Prior to joining Hinge, Austin served on the leadership team of Brain Injury Services, a nonprofit in Northern Virginia. In this role, he carried out the organization’s marketing and communications plan and ensured each initiative aligned with the organization’s strategic direction. He has a B.A. in Philosophy from Liberty University with a minor in business.
