Holly is Rehmann’s director of marketing. Since joining the Firm in 2012, Holly has positively supported the Firm’s vision to be THE Firm of choice for clients and associates. Holly and her talented team collaborate with leadership to skillfully craft and execute the marketing strategy for the Firm. The team provides world-class service and has won many awards from the Association for Accounting Marketing. Holly and her team are responsible for:

• Brand management and strategy
• Developing go-to-market strategies that drive growth for the Firm
• Creating effective programs, events and thought leadership that provide added value for our clients
• Supporting the development of industries and niches that allow us to better serve our clients
• Envisioning and implementing plans for public relations, advertising, voice-of-the-client programs, digital and web presence, and demand generation

Nikki is a dynamic and results-driven leader with a passion for solving complex challenges and delivering measurable outcomes. Known for her tenacity, accountability, and energetic approach, Nikki plays a pivotal role in driving Rehmann’s business development and growth strategies. In close partnership with the Chief Growth Officer, she fosters a culture of innovation and success across the firm.

Over the past decade at Rehmann, Nikki has been instrumental in expanding the firm’s client base and strengthening relationships with existing clients—contributing to significant year-over-year growth.

With more than 20 years of experience in sales and business development, Nikki brings strategic insight and practical solutions to meet the evolving needs of clients. Her leadership is a cornerstone of Rehmann’s commitment to client success and long-term value creation.
