Aislinn Sroczynski

Aislinn E. Sroczynski is an experienced employment lawyer who partners with companies to navigate the full spectrum of employment law. Aislinn advises employers on compliance, policy development, and day-to-day human resources issues, including hiring practices, leave management, DEI policies, non-competes, accommodations, wage and hour compliance, workplace investigations, performance management, terminations, and overall risk avoidance. She regularly defends employers against claims under Title VII, ADA, ADEA, the FMLA, and state anti-discrimination statutes, and has experience representing clients before for National Labor Relations Board for Unfair Labor Practice charge proceedings. Aislinn represents companies and individuals on both sides of trade secret and restrictive covenant litigation and disputes and has successfully obtained preliminary injunctions for her clients.  

Aislinn acts as an outside HR partner for employers on compliance and litigation avoidance related to all issues arising under state and federal anti-discrimination laws. She works closely with organizational leaders and HR teams to align legal strategy with business goals, resolve disputes efficiently, and build compliant, proactive workplace practices. Aislinn has experience drafting and negotiating complex employment agreements and compensation plans, both on behalf of employers and executives, and drafts a variety of employer policy documents, including employee handbooks for companies across a wide range of industries.

Separately, Aislinn has insurance coverage experience, representing clients in challenging claim denials and defending declaratory judgment actions. Aislinn has also handled complex commercial litigation matters, including complex shareholder and business disputes, representing clients in high-stakes negotiations and court proceedings.
