She is responsible for both internal and external development in which she produces proposals, manages social media, creates educational resources and articles, writes, and distributes newsletters, and more. Her background in writing and DEI-focused initiatives provides her with the opportunity to make a conscious difference every day.

Eric is responsible for the firm’s strategic direction while meeting the mission, vision, and values. He motivates and inspires team members to drive innovation and transformation so that the firm enhances its competitive advantage in providing value to clients. He also oversees the growth and success of BeachFleischman’s subsidiaries, joint ventures, and partnerships.

Jack Kolmansberger

Chief Growth Officer | Herbein

Jack Kolmansberger joined Herbein as CMO in 2008. Before Herbein, he had a great 12 year run as marketing director at Asher & Company, Inc. (which joined BDO in 2012). As CMO, he focused on strategic planning and the integration of marketing throughout the firm. In 2022, he was promoted to CGO.  He is charged with leading data analytics, business development, and client experience teams to drive profitable revenue.  Jack is the founding president of the chartered Greater Philadelphia Chapter of AAM. He worked alongside many incredible AAM members as secretary, vice president, and president of AAM’s national board of directors. In 2006, he was honored with the AAM Volunteer of the Year award, and he was inducted into AAM's Hall of Fame in 2018.
