There is nothing more critical to clients and team members than communications during a time of intense change.  Questions abound, emotions are varied and in the absence of information, our human tendency is to make up the facts.  In this session, Alice Grey will share five key priorities for communicating during times change.  She will outline the anatomy of effective change communications, share creative approaches and review examples of tactics that worked well (and even a few that did not).  Whether you are a veteran communicator or a newbie, this session will provide ideas you can implement with any change.
