This month AAM brings you a panel discussion about how marketing and HR work together (or sometimes don’t?) in order to promote the firm to potential candidates, influence their decision to climb aboard and continue to motivate them over the course of their employment. We’ll hear from two AAM member in-house marketers as well as a human resources consultant about their experiences, challenges and successes in filling the talent pipeline.
