Steve Perkins, with 30 years of IT management and consulting experience, began his tech journey without formal education but learned from the ground up due to his fascination with computer technology's potential. As Chief Information Officer at HoganTaylor, he leads tech innovation and process improvement. Steve earned the "Bridging the Gap in Technology" award from Boomer Consulting in 2013. A member of AICPA and Tulsa CIO Forum, Steve holds a BBA in Finance from Northeastern State University, an MBA from Oklahoma State University, and a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma for CPAs.

Steve finds that one of the most enjoyable aspects of his career as a CIO has been establishing peer relationships in the industry and exchanging knowledge and ideas around IT management, information security, data privacy, and other topics.
